With over 17 years of dedicated service to Southwest Idaho, Randy Funk has personally inspected thousands of homes and properties with precision and care. As the founder and president of Randy Funk Home Inspections, he has earned a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and accuracy.
A proud U.S. Army veteran, Randy went on to serve as a civilian with the Department of Defense before transitioning into the home inspection industry. Today, he is the current President of the Idaho Association of Home Inspectors, where he continues to lead with experience and vision.
Randy holds an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and has been the trusted home inspection expert on 670 KBOI’s HomeFix show for over 7 years, sharing valuable insights with homeowners and professionals alike.
Michele Funk - Marketing Instructor
Michele brings over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, having founded, grown, and successfully sold multiple companies. She has served as Marketing Director for several Fortune 500 companies and is also a 3-time Fortune 500 company owner, earning recognition in leading real estate industry publications. Michele excels in developing marketing strategies, promotions, press releases, lead generation, and innovative business concepts.
She currently serves as the VP/Marketing Director for both Randy Funk Home Inspections and the Idaho Association of Home Inspectors. Her instruction provides a strong foundation for anyone looking to build and grow their own business.
