TUITION

At Home Inspector Academy, tuition rates vary based on in-state and out-of-state enrollment. For those attending as a duo, we offer a special discounted rate through our Father-Son or Partner Tuition Program—ideal for family teams or business partners.

All tuition packages include:

• Private hotel room accommodations for the full 13-day apprenticeship

• Apprenticeship session fees

• Starter tool kit and inspection equipment

• Professional marketing materials

• Transportation to and from the apprenticeship location

• Scheduled Adventure Days are included in your tuition; Adventure Days are optional weekend outings that offer a break from your hands-on training. A total of two outings will be provided during the apprenticeship, and lunch is included. These activities are not required for certification.
